CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report

Welcome to January 2016 monthly local marketing report. These are well in detail reports that allow me to keep track of the online presence of my business.

Not only I do these reports for me, but I also create them for you guys as well. Understanding the process I take to grow my business will help you take action on your own.

January was the start of a new year which is the beginning of all beginnings. This is where you’re able to start off fresh for a new year, and track the results from January to December.

Let’s Get Started

Who Came to See Me?

Traffic is the key to success online for any business that is producing clients or leads online or offline. The goal is to create as much of a presence online that it would be impossible to be found.

Below I cover the growth of the business online from a few of the survival tools I use to track growth.

Google Analytics

Since this month was the first month of marketing for the website then the traffic didn’t really reflect it. January was the new approach to marketing that I’m implementing, so it would take a little time to see growth.

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report Google Analytics

I increased my users by 23.43% and even boosted up my page views over 10.67%. These numbers don’t jump off the page to you, but they are an increased number which is what counts at the end of the day.

Just think about you running a furniture store in your local city of Shreveport La. If you can increase your online presence just by those few numbers it could mean thousands of more dollars to your business.

Finally, what I’m more excited about is the -7.95 bounce rate. This is BIG time if you ask me. What I’m seeing is that people are coming over to the site, and staying on the page linking other pages.

What is this called “Relevant Content

Blue = January 2016
Orange = December 2015

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report Google Analytics Blue and Orange

The last thing I wanted to show you is the two months side by side. You can see small but productive growth from the two.

At the very least 95% of the tab, January is leading the pack from last month. Like I said before it’s not worlded changing, but it is growing.

Google Webmaster

One of the tools I use to track keyword rankings is Google Webmaster. Can’t tell you how powerful this is when building your brand online. Knowing which keywords that are being shown in the search engine can mean wonders.

By knowing this information, you can see where most of your content is showing up at. So if you haven’t installed Google Webmaster then please think about doing it today.

If you take a look at the screenshot below you will see the number of keywords at this moment CMG is ranking for.

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report keyword rankings

467 search terms are how people can find my content online. Some of this content is local marketing stuff while other pieces of contents are national.

The good thing about this is that if you’re looking to see what ranks good or bad, then you can start doing some local SEO to move it up the rankings.

Not only that the links to the site are moving up the charts also. 2,198 links are pointing to my site from varies places. Some of the links I created myself, but the majot=rty of them are natural links from people loving the website content.

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report Google Webmaster backlinks

For local businesses, if you want to rank your website then you need links. Not just any links but good quality backlinks. Here in the coming weeks, I will be writing about how to get those by doing creative marketing.

Build Local Marketing Content/Rankings

Some time ago I went to my website to create some content for my local market of Shreveport LA. What I wanted to do is create content around the services I offer like…

  • Local SEO
  • Webdesign
  • Marketing Agency

Just these three keywords along I can be domaining my local market for all the businesses that need these services. So I created the content, and now it’s time to take that content to the top of the search engine.

Below is a screenshot of the content keywords, rankings, and link.

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report Keywords for Bossier City Shreveport La

Here in the coming months, I will be focusing heavily on all of these keywords. You see if I’m going to be in the business of teaching local SEO marketing then I need to live by those words also.

No other better way of doing it is by building my own online presence right in front of you. The goal is to not only still provide epic-wow content but also show you the step by step strategies I’m using to build my presnsce.

Today just keep a close eye on the rankings as of today and compare where I’m at in 3, 4 or even 6 months down the road. Best believe I should have at least half of the content ranked in the top 10 on the first page.

CMG Total Stats

Lastly, I wanted to keep 100% track of the overall SEO performance of my site. Below you will see..

  • Domin Heath
  • URL Rating
  • Domain Ratings
  • Backlinks
  • Referring Domains
  • Organic Keywords

CMG January 2016 Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report Total Stats

Now I’m able to see month to month the growth of the site from authority to keyword rankings.

Most importantly are the “health” of the site which without that then your site will not show up in the search engines. From this day forward I will be able to see how much the site has grown by referring back to older local marketing reports.

Closing Remarks

These reports are not to show profits or me gaining clients. The goal is to show growth locally and nationally for my brand, and any given term.

Your brand locally can become the talk of the town if you can get the content in front of all local people. The key is to produce epic-wow content that anyone will be locally interested linking to.

Next, you should stay active on social media spreading the love about that content to get more eyes on your brand. But wait, doing this is not easy at all so this is why I listed the pieces of content on my website I’m trying to rank for.

Now you will have a front row seat on how I’m looking to push each blog post to the top for the given keywords I’m targeting.

In the meantime, most of you good people can check out my 31 ways of local domination to get you started on the road to success.

Finally, I will like you to share your thoughts below on your views on this monthly report, and what you plan to do to increase your local marketing.

Plus at the same time, you will be able to use the same steps I use for this website to grow your business online. All my marketing platforms will work for your business no matter you’re in any of the given industries… Continue reading

My February 2015 Local SEO Marketing Report

CMG Monthly Local SEO Marketing Report for Feburay 2015

What happens in February 2015

Last month was a very interesting month because honestly, the only blog post that I posted was my first yearly local marketing report and another post that I will talk about here in a minute that went viral.

Out of 28 days, I only mustered to write one post and a list post where a few of my online friends talked about if they had to start from scratch. On any other month, I would say that this is some terrible marketing that I’m doing, by not blogging at least once a week.

But I have something that I have been working on all month that took me away from posting content regularly. I can’t even tell you what it is as of this second, just know that it’s over 9k words long, and was created for those who are in the real estate industry.

I’m one of those guys who loves to tackle all industries, and the one that I’m focusing on now is the real estate industry. The goal for this year is to come into this market and give away as much free real estate marketing advice as possible.

[Tweet “My February 2015 Local SEO Marketing Report. 2,613 shares from Stumbleupon..read about it”]

Start of my Podcast

So a few weeks ago, I asked those who are part of my 52-week real estate marketing course would they be interested in a Real Estate Marketing Podcast. To my surprise, I got some responses from those who gave me the thumbs up in getting this done.

Email Responses

Yes” a marketing only podcast would be a gold mine. I have listened to all of the marketing podcasts on bigger pockets, but there are not enough. I am like most investors, I don’t know how to properly market my business. Everyone needs to know that I am Zach The Home Buyer!

I say quit thinking about it, and just do it! All of us who are in RE are actually in marketing, we just don’t know it.”

Yes, I prefer podcasts!”

PLEASE DO IT ANTONIO!

I enjoy reading, but sometimes a podcast just fits in the schedule better!”

Antonio, I see that you are also a member at Bigger Pocket. How will your Pod cast differ from theirs? I agree people learn in different ways, none better than by actual doing. For me, if I listen to everyone offering real estate marketing advice I would never get anything done in my business.

Yes! I need relevant and actual step by step information on a particular topic. It would be good to find out what people actually need now to move their business forward. As fast as things change on the internet, the information needs to be delivered in bite size easy to implement.”

I think podcast would be a great idea”

Yes Antonio, I enjoy listening to informative podcasts to and from my day job.”

Hi Antonio,

I would definitely listen to the podcast.  I listen to the Bigger Pockets podcast, Buy Sell Fix Flip with Michael Quarles, and Bad Christian podcasts all the time, so yours would be great!  I love your articles on BP, and I feel like I am learning a lot.  The progress is coming slow, and I know I need to blog more.  I plan to implement some of your ideas from the last few articles shortly.

Greg”

Hey Antonio, Yes I love podcasts like the ones on Bigger Pockets for example. As long as I can download them for free so I can play them on my phone while I’m driving. And the content is relevant Downloading is the key for me so I don’t use up my data. And it give you more freedom. To play when and where you want. I love to read too! BDaniil Kleymanut sometimes listen is easier. Thanks Derek

Must Read #31 Tips On How To Market Your Business

Finally, I took a few days to look around for a microphone. One thing that I realized is that there are thousands of microphones out there. But I finally decided on one that I feel will produce the best quality of sound.

So look for this Podcast a little later this month, which will be released with at least four episodes. I’m excited about this other form of marketing, which I know will benefit so many in the real estate world.

Blog Post Went Viral

This past month I posted a post that asked some REI what would they do if they had to start from scratch. I got two guys to respond to my request, so I posted their response on my website as a blog post.

I created an excellent looking image of the two investors that I posted at the top of the page. These two REI guys gave me a little content that will spark something of amazement once it went live on my website.

On February 10, 2015, I published this post on my blog and started to share it on the following sites.

Two Investors Talk About If They Had to Start Over From Scratch

That blog post went viral online on Stumbleupon. For those of you who don’t know, this is a website that features awesome content, videos, images, etc..

You see, all I did was that I posted it there, and somehow it got picked up by the funnel system. This is a system where people start to share it on their profiles, which shows up to their viewers.

Below you will see the left-hand side, the share button for Stumbleupon was shared over 2,613 times. This is pretty much like you posting something on Facebook, and every one of your friends starts to “Like” it. Then it starts showing all over the place, so this is what starts the viral effect.

Side Note: Even though it’s all great to get this type of traffic for the numbers sake. It’s not that good of a thing at the end of the day. The reason why is that most of the people who saw my website were probably not interested in what my two friends had to say.

Two Investors Talk About If They Had to Start Over From Scratch 1

What this comes down to is targeted traffic that converts. When you think about traffic to a website, you must take into consideration of what type of traffic it is. Is it direct traffic, referral traffic or search traffic?

So at the end of the day, I’d rather have 100 targeted visitors per day versus 2,613 shares from Stumbleupon, even though it was great while it lasted.

February Monthly Stats

When it comes to the traffic that my site is getting, I’m always willing to share it with my readers. I’m not getting hundreds of thousands of visitors, but I am getting traffic that converts.

What I’m saying is that my traffic is coming from places that support my content. People are coming in directly, referral sites to me being found in the search engines. It’s 100% remarkable to see the growth of a website online when you apply for hard work.

Now 2014 was my first full year of having this website live online. I created the Colemanmg.com website back in March of 2013, and as of you can see from that first month, I only got a whopping 24 people to visit the site.

Fast forward it to February of 2014 and 2015, which was last month. I was only managed to get around 402 people to visit this website. Heck, that was still almost one full year after starting the site.

This is why I stress to people that it will take six months to a year to grow any website online. Depending on your industry, it can be fast or even longer. But the medium is around six months to a Year.

3,562 Visitors to CMG

Going from 402 visitors up to 3,562 visitors is a big jump in traffic. To be 100% honest with you, I’m not happy about that number at all knowing that I could’ve done better.

CMG feburary 2015 local seo marketing total traffic

You see, I’m a very busy guy who had tons of clients to tend to that past year. I did not have a proper process set up to balance my marketing, and the marketing of my client’s websites and online presence. So I mainly couldn’t work on my projects like I wanted to.

No fear, I finally got the situation worked out by bringing on some good quality help that will allow me to focus more on growing my business, versus working in my businesses.

22,218 Impression from Search Engines

Now, most of you may not know what this means, but it’s when your website content shows up on a page when someone searches. Meaning, those top ten listings are shown, then this counts as an impression.

My content for my website CMG was shown over 22,218 times in the search engines, with the opportunity to be clicked on. Now I only got 207 of those into clicks, but it doesn’t feel right to know that I was there to be able to get clicked on.

CMG Feburary 2015 Local SEO Marketing Google Webmaster

Note: If you look at the far left, you will see that I have over 926 Queries. This means that my content was found in Google for that many keywords/keyword phrases. Like I said, most of all of this is from content I write and is being ranked in the search engines for tons of keywords.

My Local Marketing Stats

In my first yearly report for 2014, I talked about really digging deep down to go after my local market. What I meant was that I would focus more on dominating my local market when it comes to the online world.

I started this process by going after a few keywords such as…

Minden Marketing Companies – both website and video on #1 and #2

Shreveport Marketing Agencies – website #12 and video main optimized video is not ranked

I Made a Big Mistake

Above I wrote a blog post and created a video for each keyword, which is ok, and I’m ranked #1 for Minden Marketing Companies.

This is what I know for 100% fact by being a local SEO marketing guy that the other keywords that I picked was going to hard to rank for without doing some kind SEO work. I just knew these were some keywords that I wanted to start with first because I knew how long it would take to get them to move up the rankings.

So my plan of action is to let these simmer while I start to create more local content around other industries. I plan to target at least 5 to 10 new industries each month by producing some epic-wow content to help them market their business.

Ultimate Local Marketing Domination Guide by Antonio Coleman

Maybe this month, I will focus on the following industries:

  • Attorney
  • Dentist
  • Daycare
  • Restaurant
  • Real Estate

The goal is to write content and create a video around these industries to help them market their business on a higher scale. You see, I know companies such as these are looking for ways to grow their business.

Most of them are located in specific cites, such as Atlanta, GA. Now if I’m a Daycare owner, I might go to Google and type in..

How to market my daycare in Atlanta GA or How to market my daycare

You see, on the first one I added the word “Atlanta” to the search, but the second one I left the word “Atlanta” off.

Search engines are very smart these days, so I know that even if I don’t use that keyword in the title, I can still come up on the front page because most searches are done with the local aspect in mind. So Google will always show my listing somewhere even if they don’t use that word “Atlanta.”

This is the model that I plan to follow for my targeted local market. My focus is to build so much content around every single high paying industry that it would be impossible for me not to get in front of my potential clients.

Finally, at the end of most of my content, I will be offering them my free ultimate local marketing guide that will walk them through the few ways of growing their business online.

The goal is to help, help and help some more, so the local industries can get the right information to stand out in a crowded market.

Thank You All

I hope this year of 2015 is a success for all of you who are doing business online or offline. Please help me share the content here on CMG by using the share buttons right here on the page. This will mean the world to me knowing that my content is being read by people who will take actions.

Thanks

Antonio

Monthly Stats Report for January 2014

coleman marketing group monthly stats reportWow the month of January has already came and gone just like good old 2013. I tell you that this past month was extremely elevating for Coleman Marketing Group LL. But, before getting into that, I would like to say thanks to all those who supported my company, and the good I’m doing for small businesses.

So, by saying that here comes the first of many monthly stat reports for this year of 2014. In last month’s report I ended off the year very slow, but it is looking to rebound this year.

One of the ways I’m looking to rebound is by providing you with these monthly reports to show you how I’m growing my business into one of the top marketing companies in the world.

big hill to climb huh

These reports are also for me to monitor my growth, and set my goals for the next month’s report even higher. One thing I know more than anything is to document your success and failures so that you know where you have been and are going.

What Happened in January?

I had the pleasure to be interviewed about my marketing business by Melissa from the Minden Press Herald newspaper. It was really fun talking about my business, and how I’m looking to help every single small business in my local community. Like I always say, it’s best to dominate your local market before trying to target another area.

This article brought a lot of attention and business to me, because for years now I have been offering my services online…over ten years now. Just this past month I have been actively telling people in my community about what I do, and how I can help them grow their business with creative marketing strategies.

Obviously, this has brought good publicity to my business because some people were shocked that I even know how to do this marketing stuff. People who have known me for years didn’t even have a clue of what I really did. Truth is that most people wouldn’t understand if I told them that I’m a marketing consultant, because what I get after I say that is..what is that? Time after time I would have to explain myself, so over the years I just decided to not talk about my marketing business until now.

Joined Minden Chamber of Commence

One of the top goals of mine for the beginning of 2014 was to join our Minden Chamber of Commerce. Now, to be honest, I didn’t have to join because I know how to market to small businesses to get their attention. My goal here was that every small business in our city is pretty much part of the chamber of commerce for one reason or another.

So, me being the person that I am when it comes to marketing, I know that to be able to get in-front of small businesses faster is to go where they hang out. Now, here comes this guy saying he has all of the tools to help everyone in our city.

People who have small businesses need help with marketing because the truth is that most of them are not that knowledgeable about how to get people coming through the doors. My goal is to have a free workshop, seminar or some form of a meeting with all the members and educate them on whats working in todays market such as…local marketing.

I was told by the head lady in charge that it will be beneficial to the community to have someone come in and give advice on creative marketing tactics.

I’m crossing my fingers because I’m supposed to be the center of conversation in the next board meeting. They will be talking about me presenting this to the board so I hope this turns out ok, and if so then I will keep you all updated on the outcome.

Partnered With Webster Printing Company

One goal that I had jotted down more than anything is creating as many partnerships as possible. Reason for this is because it allows me to put my local marketing company in front of those who are seeking my serveries.

So, I partnered with this company, Webster Printing Company, located in my local market. They are some great people who will create any and everything under the sun when it comes to business cards, calenders, flyers, wedding invitations, brochures,  and more. They are your one stop shop in getting any sort of printing to your liking, so if you’re ever in Minden LA, stop by and ask for Walter.

Check out the small post card that will be going out with all of they’re orders to potential clients of mine. The people who are getting printed items from them are mostly business owners, so it’s a win-win situation for me and them.

Want to Grow Your Business Locally for Only 3 Dollars Per Day

January Stats

454 visitors is what CMG was able to muster up this past month. This is almost 2x as many visitors as I got for December 2013. The traffic is very small, but it’s all targeted people visiting my website. Many of them came from social media sites, search engines, and through some local searches.

Knowing your stats is very important to be able to track progress from month to month. So, the goal for next month is to have at least 500 to 600 new visitors to show growth.

coleman marketing group 454 visitors in january 2014

Overall Numbers

In almost one year CMG has been seen by a total of 3,821 visitors. Next month this website will turn one year old, and believe me when I say that you do not want to miss my one year anniversary blog post.

This number is not going to blow you out of your seat, but it will give you a perspective of how slowly a site can grow. Now, I could have done some things to move the traffic faster, but I feel like the smart way of marketing is more beneficial over time than getting my traffic unethically.

coleman marketing group total stats for january 2014

Links to My Site

Links to a website is like having your business card in the hands of those who admire you. The search engines love sites that have links that are natural. This is the way they rank the websites in their serps, by attaching anchor text links to a given website.

With 796 links pointing to Colemanmg.com.. it’s remarkable to know that people see that it’s worth linking to. To be honest the link count is about 810 because I took the screen shot below the other day, and it has gained links since then. I’m not asking for these links in anyway they’re just accumulating mostly on their own.

796 total backlinks for CMG january 2014

Search Queries

This seo thing can run a person insane who doesn’t fully understand it. My search rankings are still jumping around like rabbits each and every month. Why my site is still jumping around is a mystery to me, but what I do know is that if I depended totally on that traffic, I would be in trouble.

 Blog Post

January Taught Me

Obviously, this was the start of 2014, and I’m surely looking to get it started off on the right foot. What I learned this month was to keep doing what’s working, and leave all of the crap that doesn’t on the sideline.

It took me quite sometime to find the tools that I would be using to help grow my business online and offline. Now I have theses tools in place, so it should be a lot more easier for me to start dominating my local market and online market.

So, this past month was all about setting up shop to get ready for the war ahead of me. That war is the world-wide-web, and what I know is that if I stay consistent then good things are bound to happen.

Goals for January and 2014

One single goal is to complete the last three chapters of my “local marketing domination guide” which lacks these chapters..

  1. Video Marketing Domination
  2. Facebook Marketing Domination
  3. Bonus: Blogging Domination

These are the last chapters of the 6 total chapters this ebook will be equipped with. My goal is to finish this by March 1st, so that I can start using this as a free giveaway to those who attend my free workshops. Plus, this is something I will be giving away to business owners that I approach about adding their business to my free local small business directory.

So, my plan is to educate, educate, and educate some more by giving away valuable information that these businesses can use to dominate their local market.

Plus, I will keep networking, partnering, and talking to other local marketers like myself to get my brand in front of millions of people this year. The plan is just to keep the pace and hope for good things to happen by being consistent.

Monthly Stats Report for December 2013

coleman marketing group monthly stats reportI’m so happy to bring you all another stats report from Coleman Marketing Group LLC aka CMG. My goal of doing these are only for record keeping, and so you can see every website doesn’t start off by getting 100,000 visitors per month.

Yea I have website that get those numbers but for this site it’s all new to the game so its going to take time to get this ball rolling. Last months stats report of November wasn’t all that great but showed some growth in the site.

Todays stats report is for December, and what you will see below it wasn’t a good month at all for CMG. The traffic was down, and I mean down a lot but I will explain the reasons for that later. So lets take a moment and see what happen in December.

What Happened in December?

This past month of December 2013 was just a blur to me. It came and left a little too fast me due to all the excitement. December is really a hard month to get work done when you’re not as established as other top marketing websites.

You see I’m still growing my content, readers and networking partners so my stats for this month are not good as all when it comes to growth.

The holiday spirit is in the air from kids been out of school to planing holiday parties. Now you have to make time to get gifts for the love ones, and the next thing you know its January 1.

Just for this reason my growth wasn’t what it was and yes it showed. Just getting a measly 281 visitors this past month is not good.

But this goes back to what I was saying about this is a holiday not just for me but for the entire world who celebrates this month. So my numbers are going to drop during this time of the year due to people spending more time offline than online.

Plus those that are online are doing more of shopping versus wanted to learn how to market their business locally. Even small businesses are focus more on the holidays, and looking more to the new year to start seeking out help to market their business.

Even though this was a holiday month I decided it was a perfect month to start working on my ultimate local marketing guide. I’m still working on the other chapters as of 1/5/2013 so be patient because the rest of them are coming.

I’m putting this together for small businesses can follow the exact steps on dominating their local market on their own. The top 3 local marketing strategies are local profiles, video marketing and Facebook marketing.

I’m doing full detail blog post on each, and every subject to show you how to implement this into your business. These blog post are taking a lot of time to do which really taking me from doing two blog posts per week to only one.

So overall this guide will be used at my free workshops this year so can I cover these local marketing strategies with audience. My goal is to give this away to them so it will be a blueprint platform for them to follow on doing this on their own.

Plus this will be included in my 31 tips of how to market your business guide. Not only will people learn how to dominate their local market with my 31 tips they will also get those tips explained in detailed because I will be doing long in-dept post for each tip.

Now that’s call a how to market your business guide you just can’t live without. It tells you about the 31 tips to grow your business, and then will show you step by step on how to achieve it.

December Stats

Like I said above the month of December is a tough month if you don’t already have a big online presence. This website is only 8 months old so it doesn’t have that authority to gain unlimited traffic without me working to get it.

So due to this been a holiday month on top of not having a big online presence the site just couldn’t produce enough auto traffic. I was only able to generate 281 visit this month which is not a lot at all but believe me this year of 2014 will be the break year of getting good targeted traffic.

Monthly Stats Report for December 2013 1

Overall Numbers

3394 total visits from day one to now seem like a low ball of a number. I don’t like it but I do understand for a new website online I’m going through the beginning stages of growth.

I been studying marketing, and blogging for a long time now, and one thing I realize is that time is everything. Many of the top websites took a couple of years of hard marketing to see any growth so my goal for this year is to be patient but consistent.

So even though my numbers are dead in the water as of now I know by this time next year I should easily be getting over a 1,000 visitors per month. But as of now I’m scrapping the bottom of the barrel to make this website into one of the top marketing websites in the world.

Monthly Stats Report for December 2013 2

Links to My Site

Every link online is just another place for someone to navigate to your site. Getting your links on as many websites you can will help you be found by many.

There are two types of link that are good that you need to be getting as a website owner. One of those links is from social network sites such as digg, Facebook and Twitter just to name a few. From here your links can be shared to hundreds, thousands or even millions of people.

The next good links that can help your site is someone linking to you. People build authority websites so if someone finds a link from their website to yours, then this can mean targeted traffic for you.

Basically at this point these are the links I’m attracting these days in the early stages of CMG. So the 572 links you see below are mostly from social sites, and a number of people linking to me. Can’t wait to see how many links I have at this time next year so stay tune.

Monthly Stats Report for December 2013 3

Search Queries

Can’t say whats going on when it comes to my rankings for my search queries. One day I’m ranking for top keywords online, and the next day I’m no where to be found.

Personally my search traffic started to drop back in August 2013 which I talked about in that months stats report. The traffic has been up and down, so I’m just going to be patient and see what Google has in store for me in 2014.

Monthly Stats Report for December 2013 4

2 Blog Post Per Week

Didn’t get this feat done this month due to what I described above. I sat back and completed some other projects I was working on. Most of that time in December was spent doing research, and putting together my local marketing guide.

Ultimate Local Marketing Domination Guide by Antonio Coleman

How to Search for Local Keywords and Dominate the Market

December Taught Me

This past month just taught me to be more prepared next year. There are a number of things I can do to get more engagement on the site during this month. Since people spend more time online looking for items to buy I think it will be smart of me to implement things I can sell.

Now at this moment I have no clue if I will sell anything, but as of now I know given my potential readers some sort of holiday incentive will encourage more engagement and traffic.

Goals for January and 2014

For this month I’m really still looking to do more research, and setup of my very first podcast for CMG. I said it would be setup in December but after looking at a number of podcast shows that’s related to my niche I found something very interesting.

Instead of me just jumping into the fire of producing podcast I realize I need to come out the gate with at least 10 episodes already done. Plus I see something other shows are doing that I could do better. So i’m not in a rush to get it up and ruining until I have a complete game plan, but it will be up and running before my next monthly stats report.

Plus I’m hoping to continue the research for my first book on “Dominating Your Local Market” Once I complete my research from setting up my table of content and know exactly what I want every chapter to contain than I will then start the process of writing. My writing will consist of writing about 1,000 words per day until I complete this project.

Goals for the year are very simple and plan.

1. Network with 1,000 marketers

2. Get 10,000 visitors

3. Create 50 podcast shows

4. Do 15 free workshops

5. Get featured in 50 newspapers

6. Get on the radio

7. Gain 24 paying clients

8. Staying Consistent
