Who Is This Guide For?

This real estate marketing guide is for that real estate investor, Real Estate Company, realtor or just a casual investor who wants to buy or sell the heck out of houses the easy way. What you’re about to read may or may not blow your mind when it comes to really knowing how to market your real estate business. Truth be told, most of you who are reading this will not know anything about how to market your business online except by using Facebook or Twitter. If you think I will be talking about marketing through those sites, then you’re wrong.

Before we get started, I want to clear up the monkey in the room question that some of you might be saying. ???Antonio, why are you not using this in your local market? First, I will like to say that I “Like” real estate, I don’t love it like other people do. I’m a marketing guy and I get more pleasure out of marketing, and by seeing businesses like yours take off and grow to the massive by implementing my marketing ideas.

Marketing is what I like the most, and the only reason I’m doing this free real estate marketing guide is to help those of you out there who needs it. I was in your shoes once before not knowing how to market my business to gain more clients, or just to make that next sale. My goal today is to give you the formula that will change your life from now until the end of time.

I could have easily put this into a small program and sold it for about $299 to anyone looking to market their real estate business. If you know me then you will understand that I like to give away free marketing tips all of the time and today is your luck day. Let’s Get Started.

How to Market My Real Estate Business

First I will like to say is that what I’m about to teach you can be done anywhere in the world, but for this guide I will be using my nearest closest city to me which is Shreveport La. I will be explaining how if I wanted to dominate that local market what actions I will take to achieve this. What steps will I take and how will I do the research that shows how many people I can  possibly be marketing too?

Just remember this can be done anywhere in the world no matter if you’re a real estate company, real estate investor and just any Realtor who is looking to bring in big dollar commission checks.  I’m using the Shreveport real estate market as my prime example because it’s a good size city with hundreds of thousands of people who is the mid of size for our country.

So How Will We Market?

The power of the internet is like no other, and like I keep saying time after time that those who know how to use it are the ones who dominate. The way you go about dominating any market is to use the search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing to bring those buyers and sellers right to your front door which is your website. If you don’t have a website then don’t panic and think you need something that will cost an arm,leg and a kidney.

Like I tell clients of mine who don’t have a website just yet, and are looking for the best route to go is to get something plan. You see a plain website with a welcome page, contact, about us page and a page that explains what you or your company does, is all you need to get started. Once you have that out-of-the-way, then now you’re in business and its time to get your website in front of  potentially millions of people.

First thing is, you must understand your local market by doing a little research on how many people searches for “Shreveport Real Estate” each month through Google. Now for your research, you will search like this “Your City + Real Estate”. Just replace “your city” with the city you’re trying to dominate, and you will get the results you want.

The place you will do all of this searching from is the Google keyword Tool which has been around since the early days of Google. Its purpose is to show you how many people are searching for  certain terms no matter the subject. Plus, to get more accurate results you must uncheck the broad match and check the exact match to the left side of the page. By doing this, you will get the exact number of times someone is searching for that term which is what we’re looking for.

Shreveport Real Estate Numbers

I found out that a total of 1300 people search for the term Shreveport real estate. All I can say is “Wow” because this is a big city, not as big as others around the country, but it’s pretty huge. Seeing these numbers will make me proud if I was looking to dominate this market by having all those 1300 people, who are looking for “Shreveport real estate”, to come to my website.

By me getting to the #1 spot in the search engines for that term, will allow me to dominate that market. This is only a small part of it, because people just don’t type those keywords in the search engines alone. What if I wanted to go after “homes for sales in Shreveport la” which gets 880 searches or “homes for rent in Shreveport la” which gets 480.

It’s endless how you can dominate every term that someone will type into the search engines and within seconds they could be on your website selling or buying a house from you. For the rest of this guide, we will just stick with the term “Shreveport real estate” which is the top term we want to dominate.

Before we get into the process of how we will go about getting our website to the top of the search engine for those terms, I will like to say this. Listen Up Now!!

I’m one of those guys who don’t guarantee anything in life because none of us can control what life brings us. One thing I do know is, SEO and online marketing. I can tell you now that if you put in hard work for the next 3 to 6 months no matter which state you live in or city and town, you will become the top real estate website in your city.

People will be calling you daily to sell you houses and at the same time, people will be looking to buy your houses depending on the type of deals you’re doing. If you’re a real estate investor, you might be wholesaling, lease options or just flipping houses for profits. Maybe you’re a real estate company and starting to get calls from sellers who want to list their house, or the buyers who are looking for properties to buy. These buyers are coming directly to you now, and buying houses as fast as you can list them. As a marketer, I call this the “SnowBall Effect” which just gets bigger and bigger as it reaches the bottom of that hill.

I’m not going to get into how much money and business you will be getting; this is only determined by your efforts. My job here is to put you in front of those people and the rest is up to you on closing those deals. Now you can see what sort of results you can get once you start ranking #1 in the search engine for your given term. Let’s now get down to moving your website up the rankings.

Step 1 of Marketing My Real Estate Business

Here I will need to create a page or change the home of my website to center around “Shreveport Real Estate”. I will make my title around the term and add as much content to the page, and include my term at least 3 to 6 times on that page. You don’t want to do any more than that, because then you run the risk of keyword stuffing, which is when you try to place too many of the same words on a page to manipulate the search engines.

Just remember that your website doesn’t have to be the best looking girl in the room, just so as she looks presentable. It all comes down to having exactly what search you are looking for, and if they are searching for “Shreveport real estate” then make sure that’s what they get.

Step 2 Setup Autoresponder

Not saying all real estate websites do this, but if I look up ten real estate type websites then I’m almost certain 90% of them will not be using an autoresponder. For those who don’t know what this is, it’s a box or some shape where your visitors can input their name and email address to get updates of new properties, credit information, mortgage loan tips or whatever you want them to receive. Having this allows you to keep in touch with visitors of your site without all the hassle of doing paper work of having them fill out profiles.

I say this because when these thousands of people start coming to your site after you hit the #1 ranking in your area. You will need to be able to capture those people as readers of your company website so that you can contact them if needed. This is powerful, and those real estate websites who don’t take advantage of this run the risk of being blown out of the waters by the local competitions. Step 3 Using SEO for Higher Rankings

Now comes the part that I must say I love the most, because it’s that part that allows me as a “seo marketer” to dominate any niche in the world. This is why what I’m about to tell you will be so important only because your competitors are not doing it and just leaving tons of clients on the table. They’re out there marketing in the newspapers, real estate magazines, American Classifieds or just plain old word of mouth.

If this is what they’re doing, then by you using SEO to boost your ranking up the engine allows you to get more clients by spending 3x less money. Yes, I said 3x less money because with the other marketing techniques I just talked about such as newspapers and real estate magazines, these things cost money on a recurring basis. This type of marketing is crazy because you can be spending $10K or $20 a year on this stuff in which SEO could cost you 3x as less if you pay someone to do it for you.

Plus do you know what make SEO so much more powerful than all of the other forms of marketing?

1. You pay for it once “if someone else does the work for you”

2. Your website sits at #1 forever

3. You get tons of traffic without spending more money

4. People search for what they want these days versus using the newspapers or yellow pages

5. You get more targeted visitors and more…

So what is SEO Exactly?

SEO is taking a website such as the example real estate website I’m doing in this guide and basing a keyword around it. That keyword is “Shreveport real estate” which gets around 1300 searches each month. Plus, like I said you can do your own research to see how many times people search “your city + real estate.” This is seo when I want this website to be found in the search engine for that given keyword.

Now there is no way I can explain seo to the fullness here, but I will give you the quick rundown which should be enough to get your real estate website to #1 in Google. First, you will have to understand that the search engines will automatically rank your website online but the issue with that is you could easily be on page 35. No one searches that far back and to be honest with you, no one searches past the first or second page really.

If you want to move your website, then start using your keyword as an anchor text when you start to build backlink to your website. Here is an example of how a backlink should look…How to Market Your Business. Whenever you place a link from another website to yours, it should look like this which includes the “keyword” you’re trying to rank for.

The search engine places websites higher in the rankings on the amount of backlinks from another website to yours. Plus, the search engine cares about the authority of those backlinks also, but that’s something that goes a little bit deeper into seo. As of now, just know that any backlink at this point will do.

Just know that I must go out online and search for places where I can place my “keyword” with my link back to my website so I can rank higher. Just that simple. My goal is to build as many links so that in due time, I will climb the ladder to the top. Now I will show you the easy way of doing it if you have a little time on your hands, or maybe you can get a staff member to do it. Here is the entire plan I will follow to out rank any “Shreveport real estate” website in a matter of 1 to 3 months of consistent work.

The Game Plan of Ranking #1

1. First, I will use the 45 profile sites I have listed #11 in my how to market your business guide to be able to set up profiles. These profiles allow you to create off site content of your website, and most of all of them allow you to place a link back to your website, which gives your site a little link juice push. Depending on who is doing this, it should only take a week to complete this task, and after two weeks or so these profiles will start to show up in the search engine and the backlinks pointing to my site will give it more link juice.

2. Next, I will go and create a piece of content around 600 to 900 words just talking about some form of real estate. I will take about 30 minutes or so and write out an article that will include my “keyword” that I will link back to my website. That article I created will be posted on the following websites, which are high authority websites which will give you even more push up the rankings.

2. http://wordpress.com/

3. www.blogger.com/

4. http://hubpages.com/

5. http://ezinearticles.com/

6. http://goarticles.com/

7. http://www.articlesbase.com/

Now this is only a small percentage of web 2.0 sites and article directories you can submit to, but these should be enough. When you’re content gets indexed by the search engine is when you will start some movement of your website from the previous positions. This process of movement will take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to see any sort of improvement.

3. Finally, I will do what is called guest posting. This is when you go out and write content for other websites where they allow you to link back to your website. This is powerful because now you’re able to get a link from another high authority real estate website which drives your rankings up in due time. Here are two examples of two of many guest posts I have done over the years…

Guest posting is so powerful that I can’t even explain how important it is if you want to not only rank higher but also for help with your branding. Now you can write a piece of content catered for that website, and submit it to the given website for their approval. If approved, then you have a backlink from their website to yours from a higher authority site.

The way I would use this to dominate the Shreveport real estate market, is to do a Google search with this code “real estate” “write for us”..This code put into Google like this will bring back websites that give you a chance to guest post on, and all these sites will be centered around the same niche which is real estate.

What I will do is to start with the first site and read its guidelines and prepare a guest post to be submitted to that site. Once I complete that guest post, then I will move on to the next website until my website reaches the first page in Google for my term “Shreveport real estate

Now this whole process from creating my website or page for my given keyword to implementing these guest posts should take anywhere from 1 to 3 months to complete. You may be asking yourself why it takes so long. Well the search engines take time to gather your backlinks and record them, and the process takes a long time.

Depending on the market location and competition of that keyword, you can probably rank highly in days or go the full term of 3 months or so. Basically, it’s hard to tell how long this process will take if the in-depth research hasn’t been done. Overall, you can count anywhere from 30 to 90 days to see any results so be patient.

Conclusion

This is obviously the simple form of doing seo to rank a website or page which will at least get you some form of success. This seo thing goes a lot deeper, but if you can stay consistent with this system I just showed you, then you can have the opportunity to out rank your competition. Truth is told many people will not act on these steps because for one it’s a lot of work, and next they feel like the old way of marketing is the best. Plus, many of them will never see the benefit of using seo to build their business.

This information is extremely valuable because it’s equipped with the tools to be successful online. I understand some of you will not have the time to implement these actions, and many of you just are not computer savvy. Sadly, the majority of real estate people see their websites as just a second thought. They put more effort into people calling them, versus allowing your website to do all of the educating.

Building Buzz

In the world of internet marketing, is when we create something and put it out in the massive. Our goal is to create something so valuable such as content, video or audio. Our goal is to produce something everyone will share, link to, and talk about on their websites or places of business.

So, we have a real estate website that is 100% optimized, and ready to serve the public. What can we do starting today to get people all around the city to start promoting it for us for FREE. Yea, I know people love to see that word FREE, which catches everyone’s attention no matter who you are.

Now I want you all to follow me very carefully. I’m about to share with you guys the formula that I will use to get the whole entire city onto my website all in 30 days or less. What we will be doing is creating a piece of lead magnet that will represent our website, that will give value to the buyers, sellers, wholesalers, appraisers, realtors, brokers,  and title companies, just to name a few.

What we will be producing is what we call an epic-wow piece of content that you will use for a lead magnet from today until the end of time. Our goal is to get this content that will be posted on our website, which will do all of the educating for us. Meaning if the site is set up correctly, it should start the snow ball effect of getting tons of leads all on autopilot.

Lets Get Started

What I will do from day one of having my website completely setup is create me a lead magnet. Now some people will create a free ebook to give away on their page for buyers and sellers to opt-in, so that they can capture their names and other forms of contact information.

This is surely great to do, so if you can add something like that to your website, then go for it. But what is more effective than that is the lead magnet method, which I will completely walk you through. What we will do is create a lead magnet in less than 30 minutes of work, that can be posted directly on your website.

Once that lead magnet is on our page, we must start to promote it to tons of places online.  Most importantly, we need get it out on the local market streets to build up buzz. Most real estate people utilize bandit signs to notify the public about their business, which you know as an investor, is sometimes costly.

Nearly all of the real estate people that I’ve talked to over the years, all market the same way. The reason for this is that the people who are selling the courses and teaching the seminars, are only focusing on learning how to buy and sell real estate. None of them are really that knowledgeable on scaling your business once you have soaked up all of the RE information.

Today you will be getting the cutting edge quality information directly from a marketer himself, that will walk you by the hands of dominating your local market.

Once this is up and complete on our website, we have a full 30 days of constantly promoting this content locally so that your website will have a chance of ending up in every residents hands in your local market.

The Format

To be able to produce something that is epic-wow content, you must first understand what that sort of consent is.

Here below are some examples of epic-wow content that I wrote for my targeted audiences. You will notice that all of the content is all free information that is filled with tons of information.

Most of all, the content is thousands of words long, which makes it standout in the community and online. Like I said, if you google “your city + real estate,” I would love to know what you come up.

Chances are you won’t find epic-wow content on the front page of that search. Now ask your self this, if you did the research and it shows that thousands of people are searching for real estate in your local city each month, and that keyword you just entered gets around 2k searches per month.

Now how would it feel to have your epic-wow content circulating in the local community, and ranking highly in the search engines? How much of an effect would that have on your business when it comes to leads?

Tremendous Big Effect

Now when it comes to the content, don’t worry about that because I have that covered for those of you who don’t want to write thousands of words. Remember, it’s my job to make things easier for you, so I have an alternative for those who want free content.

Next, we have to think about the title of this epic-wow content, which will be the headline that all people will see before coming over to your website.

Here are a few eye-catching titles that I think you can use to build buzz.

  • Miami Real Estate | The Advance Guide to Buying and Selling a Property in Miami Fl
  • Chicago Real Estate | Ultimate Guide for FSBO, Realtors, Brokers and Investors in Chicago IL
  • New York Real Estate | How to Buy a House With Good, Bad and Ugly Credit in New York

Choosing any one of those and replacing the other city name with your city, will optimize it for your local market.

Ok, now that we have the title that we want, it’s time to create the topics on the page. Don’t worry, I’ve come up with a solution to that also that you can copy and implement.

  • Introduction
  • How to find Real Estate Deals
  • How to Find Motivated Sellers
  • How to work with FSBO
  • How to Sell your House fast as FSBO
  • How to buy on the For Rent Method
  • How to Boost Your Credit
  • How to work with Realtors and Brokers
  • How to save on Utility Bills
  • Interview the Mayor on the local RE Marketing
  • Talk About Your Business
  • The End

How Many Words

For the “Introduction and The End,” I would just keep them as brief as possible. With these topics, you’re only trying to state your ins and outs of the local real estate market and services that you offer at the end.

The topics in between needs to be at least 500 words or more to be considered as epic-wow content. So if you stuck with 500 words for each topic, this would put you at about 5k words just merely on talking about the topic. When you include the “Introduction and The End,” you should have about 5,500 words of epic-wow content to be delivered to thousands of people in your local market.

The word count is what gets people so interested in your content. Once they see the value behind the content, it forces people to share, link-to and talk about throughout the community.

Remember: We want to use this content as our ticket into the doors of all of the places that we hope to market to. When we present this to them, it will be of so much value that it will force the viral effect.

Finally, I would like to say this before we get into how we will create this epic-wow content, is that you don’t have to do this if you feel as though it’s something not suitable for you. I talk to real estate people all of the time who for some reason, just don’t get it when it comes to marketing their business locally. Most are still stuck on the old school way of marketing from bandit signs, newspapers, and the crossing of fingers, which is word of mouth.

The thing is that there are tons of real estate investors in your city from the wholesalers, flippers, bird dogs and etc.. Now this doesn’t even include the tons of wanna be investors, who come into the market every single month wanting that piece of the pie. The competition level is high, so if you want to stand out from the crowd and dominate online and offline, then I say follow my lead.

I say this because if I lived in your city now, no matter where the location, this is the formula that I would use to dominate the market. This is what I would be doing the first 30 days of having a well optimized website for my local market. So the choice is yours, and if you choose the road less taken, then good things will happen.

Getting the Content

For those of you who don’t know, I write about 1,000 words per day. Now this may seem like a lot, but it’s not really when I can crank out around  1,000 words every 30 minutes or so. Basically, what I’m saying is that writing for yourself would be my first option if I were you. I want to give you three reasons why it would be best to write your own content.

  • Your Knowledge
  • More Targeted
  • Unique Content

Your Knowledge

No one knows your local market the way that you do. Just putting your fingers to the keypad will mostly bring out at least 500 words when it comes the local real estate market.

Basically, your knowledge of the local industry is something that other people will not be able to write about as you do. Plus, the content will include more of local headlines that you can add to it that other people writing it for you might not be able to cover.

More Targeted

Once you start writing your content, it will start to include targeted items. This means that you can get personal, and talk about something that happened in the city or town that was so amazing that everyone will know about it. Doing this makes the content more targeted, and more likely to be shared amongst the community. The sharing of this epic-wow content is what will snow ball people coming over to the site, and potentially becoming a lead.

Unique Content

Now to touch on a little SEO, which is what I see a lot of real estate investors want to talk about when chatting with me over the phone. They want to know how this SEO thing works, and if it can be implemented for their business locally. So when it comes to content for SEO, I would rather have unique content, which is 100% original content.

I like this, so it will be less work of getting that piece of content ranked in the search engines because it’s unique from any one else’s content. What my research has shown over the last 10 years, is that it’s ok to have content that is already written as long as you can optimize it for your local market.

Once that’s done, now you can start implementing SEO, which still should rank accordingly if done right. So at the end of the day, I would prefer to get it written with unique content, but using other people’s content will still work just the same.

Producing the Content

You all may think that creating something like this with the listed titles above, will take you days to do. The truth of the matter is that it does, and when I get completely finished with this tutorial, it would have taken me over 24hrs of total time to create this advanced guide. Now that is a of time and energy, but I’m 100% dedicated to all of my real estate clients when it comes to them dominating their local markets.

So if you want to, then you can easily write all of this content, and post it on your website as a blog. After that, you will just need to follow the marketing strategies that I have listed below, and you’ll be on your way to the top.

Now I know a lot of you out there will not want to create this on your own. Many of you don’t have the time or patience, or even the want to of creating something like this. So for this reason you have a few options.

  • Do it yourself
  • Pay Me to Do It
  • Copy and Paste

The first two options are self-explanatory, so I don’t have to write anymore about that. The last option of “Copy and Paste” is something that got the hairs on the back of your neck to standup.

This option is nothing more than you going out online, and finding content that is already written about the titles and use them for your epic-wow content. Now there are rules to follow, so don’t think that you can just go and get someone else’s work without giving credit, but I will share more about that in a minute.

Now if you choose this option, it should take you about one hour to write your introduction, about your business and the ending. Next, you will need to go out and get the other titles from doing some searching online, “which I have that covered for you,” which should only take you about an hour to find and add to your blog.

I would say that the other items that you might want to add, will take maybe another three hours of work. This gives you a total of about 3 hrs to create what I call epic-wow content, that will be shared amongst thousands of people in your local market.

Finding the Content

One of the great places online to get free content that you can syndicate in any fashion that you want as long as everything stays in tact, is a site called Ezinearticles.com. Back in the day, this was the #1 site to build back links for, but today since all of the Google updates, it’s not even worth posting to it.

But for you, it’s going to be your best friend when it comes to getting free content for your epic-wow content. All you have to do is search for what you want, and thousands of pieces of content will show up.

For Example: What if I wanted to search for “How to Sell Your House Fast as FSBO”

Selling Your Home As FSBO – What More Do You Need to Know? Coleman Marketing Group

The results brought back 1,060 articles that I can use that talks about this subject. Now depending on your search, the results number may be different, but you see how it works. From here, all you have to do is read over a few of them and choose the one that you would like to add to your epic-wow content.

This is just a typical article that I see at the bottom of the content, and it is around 407 words. So this piece of content will be good enough to post on my website if I feel that it is well written, and something people will enjoy reading. If it passes all of my checklist items, then all I would need to do is click the EzinePublishers.

From there, all you have to do is rinse and repeat until you’ve found content for all of your titles. How incredible is that to have content already at your finger tips ready to be used?

Note: Do not alter the content at all, even the links that comes with it. If you do so, then you risk further actions against you which is not worth it. Just follow their rules on keeping the content in tact to give credit to the creator.

Finally, all you have to do is put all of this together into one big blog post and click publish on your wordpress back office. Now you have something worth sharing in the local market for thousands to read by coming over to your website.

Now, don’t think that I’m going to leave you hanging, because without a good marketing plan behind this epic-wow content, it’s really useless.

Next I will show you what I would do If I was in your local market. How would I go about getting this out to the public, and hopefully in the hands of thousands of potential leads.

Local Marketing 101

1st First and foremost what I want to do is to start from the inside and work my way to the outside. What do I mean about that? You would need to first just start to share it on all of the social sites from Twitter, Facebook, Linked-in and etc..

This will start the marketing amongst those who follow you. All you are looking to do from here is to get a little momentum coming out of the gate.

2nd What you want to do is create a short text message of the epic-wow content, and text it out to all of your contacts. The one thing that you want to stress to people is to read the content and share it if they think it’s something of value.

The game plan is to get what we call the viral effect going, so that hundreds or thousands of people will start to sharing it with their contacts, and sharing it on all their social platforms.

Let’s say that 400 people share it just on Facebook, and they all average around 1,000 friends. Research shows that nearly 80% of the friends that we have on social networks are local.

The Math: 400 x 1,000 = 400,000 potential leads

Now, when it comes to numbers, us marketers always look for the least option. Meaning, we think about the worse possibility, and if the numbers still look good, then we will go for it. The 400k number is possible, but I want to think a little more realistic.

The number that I want to give that we might reach, would be more like 100,000 people if its shared, texted and retweeted out to even more people. Out of all of those people, I don’t think that it’s unreasonable to think that half would click-through to read our epic-wow content.

I don’t know about you, but 50,000 people coming to my website reading about a topic that we all should be interested in if we are looking to buy or sell one day, then I’m a happy camper.

3rd Now create a page on your website called “List of Your+City Realtors

To be an awesome marketer, you must first learn how to think outside of the box. If you can do this, then your imagination will be endless on coming up with ways of marketing your epic-wow content.

With this option, you can call or email local realtors by doing a Google search for real estate companies in your city. Most of these sites will list the realtors cell# and email right on the site.

From here, all you have to do is content them and tell them who you are and what you do. Let them know about the #1 real estate website in your city, which is yours obviously.

Let them know that you’re looking to work with a number of realtors in the city, so you created a page on your website to add their contact information just incase someone who is on your site is looking for a realtor.

All they have to do to be part of it is to send in a short bio of themselves with their content info. From here, you would get their information. Once you get their information, contact them again so that they can see it on your page.

Since you have done something for them for free, it would be time to ask them to do something for you. Now if they have a website, you would ask them to link back to that epic-wow content, which will serve their audience also..Right?

If they have a website online, then it would be easy for them to link out to your content. This is awesome because this is another way to build links to that content, which is a white hat part of seo.

The main thing that you want to ask them is to share it with all of their contacts, and throughout their social networks. Think overtime, you would’ve listed hundreds of realtors, and put your epic-wow content into thousands of potential buyers and sellers hands all for free.

Many people just can’t wrap their minds around doing smart marketing. It’s something that they’re just not used to, and struggle getting something like this in place. You have to really care about your business to make this work if you want to dominate.

Best believe that if I was in your local market today, this is one of the formulas that I would follow to dominant your local marketing in 6 months to a year. Those who are reading this and are clients of mine, know that I talk about this all of the time.

The 6 months to a year is my process of getting into any local market, and carving my own path. What I know is that most people will not understand how to do, or even take the time to do it. So for that reason, I know that I’m going to dominate and take over by getting my business out to thousands of people by using the power of the internet.

I’m using epic-wow content to educate and engage the readers, so that I can bring them in as potential clients down the road. I know that the other RE people in the city will not be doing that at all, so I understand the market is wide opened for me to grow.
